Please see below an email sent to your young person today regarding Results Day on 21 August.

Results will be released online, please see below for what support will be available on the day.

If your young person is also studying a Level 3 course, please refer to previous communications on how to access these on Thursday 14 August.

Dear Learner,  

We are really proud of all your hard work this year and hope you are enjoying your summer so far. This email is to remind you about arrangements for results day on 21 August.

Your Results
If you are expecting results on 21 August (such as GCSE and Level 1/2 BTEC's) your results will be available online from 8.00am on Thursday 21 August, via your eILP.

If you are also studying a Level 3 course, please refer to previous communications on how to access these results on Thursday 14 August.

To make sure you're ready:

• check you can log in to your eILP. You can access your eILP from the student homepage.
• if you need to reset your password, you can do so here.
• the day before results day, we’ll email you a direct link to your results page – so keep an eye on your college email inbox.

What support will be available from college on 21 August Results Day?  

Returning students – your tutor will call you  

For year one and returning students, your first-year tutor will be in touch on the afternoon of Thursday 21 August to discuss your results. During that call they will invite you in for a meeting on the morning of Friday 22 August if any changes to your progression plans are needed. Please keep your phone nearby ready to take their call.  

Online support  

Our FAQs are already on our website, you may find the answer you are looking for there. We will also be running a live chat function and a phone advice line on results days to offer general support and signposting. On results day you will find our live chat function on our website, or you can phone our advice line on 01392 400555. 

On-site support - talk to the careers team
