The school leadership and effectiveness team is a highly skilled group of advisors with first-hand experience of school leadership. We understand the wide range of conflicting priorities that school leaders face and we pride ourselves on being able to offer you a bespoke and nuanced service which allows you to tailor our offer to meet your individual school needs.
With changes in inspection and external accountability, our visits provide all of the challenge and insight that headteachers and senior leaders value, and offer you the opportunity to set the agenda, ensuring that the focus will be on supporting your school to achieve your goals. In response to your requests, the School Leadership and Effectiveness Team have put together a selection of sessions which you can use to create a bespoke package for you and your team.
