Expansion of early intervention support from the Devon Educational Psychology Service (only available for 150 Devon schools and settings)

Thank you to those schools who submitted their requests for early intervention support from the EP service by 26 June. The EPS is reviewing all these requests and will confirm which ones we are able to accept based on the level of need in the school and our service capacity, ensuring there is a geographical spread of access to EPs across the county.

We understand that it will be disappointing for schools where we cannot provide a service. The EP service is working hard to balance early intervention support alongside reducing waiting times for children and young people undergoing statutory assessment and we hope to extend support further in future.

        Thank you for your support
