When Lucy Charles-Barclay was diagnosed with a stress fracture in her hip, it looked set to write off her 2022 season – a season which was set to be a record breaking season for Lucy who was in the form of her life.
Working with a top team of specialists, Lucy, her husband Reece, and her team set about creating the best recovery plan possible – a plan that would not only get Lucy back to her peak, but one that would make her a stronger all-round athlete, helping her to avoid future injuries.
One of the therapies Lucy used to support her recovery was the Henshaw Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy chamber, which she was using twice a day, for an hour at a time. |
