Dear Parent/Guardian,
The first student progress report of the academic year will be available for you to access via the Parent Portal this Friday 24 October. The progress report will reflect on your young person's attendance, effort and the grade/level they are working at for this half term.
Please make sure that you have registered for the Parent Portal to enable you to access your young person's progress report. | How to register for the Parent Portal |
- Please go to the Parent Portal Login page.
- You will then need to enter your email address and contact details. You MUST use the email address that your young person has for you on their MyeILP site.
- Once you have created your account, you will then need to ‘link’ your young person(s) to the account. To do this you will need:
- Their date of birth
- Their Exeter College student reference number starting 9900 (this is on their Exeter College ID card).
- Your verified email address on your young person’s MyeILP. A ‘one-off’ code will be sent to this email address to enable you to verify linking the young person to your account.

Virtual Parent and Guardian Evenings |
|
|
In addition to the Parent Portal resource you also have the chance to meet your young person’s tutor and teacher(s) at stages through the academic year. This term, further to the Meet the Tutor event in September, there are two virtual events for parents/guardians of second-year students running on 6 and 11 November 2025. For first-years, these will run on 26 March and 1 April 2026.
We will contact you ahead of these events with details about how to book your online appointment with your young person’s tutor and subject lecturers.
You can also get in touch with your young person’s tutor at any point in the year by using the contact details found on the Parent Portal. With best wishes for the half term break.
