At our upcoming Meet the Tutor event, your young person’s tutor will explain how the Parent Portal works and guide you through how to register.

• If your young person is new to College this year: you will be able to register from Monday 22 September. We’ll send you an email reminder about this.

• If your young person is a returning student and you already have an account: your existing login will still work, so you can access the Parent Portal now.

What the Parent Portal offers
The Parent Portal is your one-stop place for key information about your young person’s progress, including:

• courses they are enrolled on

• attendance data

• timetables

• progress reports

• tutor contact details

While you are waiting to register, you can still see this information by asking your young person to log in and show you their ‘My eILP’ via the Student Hub homepage.

Need help?
If you experience any difficulties accessing the Parent Portal, please email ParentPortal@exe-coll.ac.uk. We’ll be happy to help, although please note that it may take a few days to process your request.

We hope you find the Parent Portal a convenient way to stay informed about your young person’s progress, and we look forward to welcoming you at the Meet the Tutor event.

You will also receive a newsletter via email from the College Principal and CEO, John Laramy CBE, in the coming weeks. This will outline further parent/guardian events for the year ahead as well as additional support and opportunities your young person can access whilst studying with us.
