Twelve Lutterworth College students recently gained hands-on experience with major employers including Iron Mountain, GLP UK, Hinckley & Rugby Building Society and Elmleigh Electrical Ltd plus many smaller businesses. Students described the experience as "inspiring" and "eye-opening," discovering career opportunities in logistics, data management, financial services, and property development.

The programme successfully strengthened connections between local education and business, supporting the council's skills development agenda.
