Surveying homes: access required

We're working with Ridge & Partners and Savills to make sure you're safe and warm. These surveys help us plan future improvements, like replacement kitchens and bathrooms. We legally need to check your home every five years, and you should allow access with reasonable notice. If you get a letter and the date or time isn't convenient, please rebook. Without an upgrade, your heating and hot water might stop working. Your energy supplier should have got in touch - but please contact them if not. Find out more on the Ofgem website
