Dear Parent/Guardian,

Please see information below regarding upcoming exams and final assessments. This was sent to your young person prior to the Easter Break.

Dear Learner,

We hope you are looking forward to the Easter break and some well-deserved rest. We wanted to take the opportunity to remind you of some key dates and information for next term.

For those with Exams and Final Assessments:

Upon our return, we will be entering the main exam and assessment period. Please use your time wisely over the break to create a plan for revision, preparation for final assessments or projects, as well as getting up to date with all coursework. The Hele Road LRC will also remain open over the Easter break (8:30-16:30) if useful to you .

  • A top tip for revision is to engage in a range of revision activities to help you prepare, including flashcards, quizzes, and practice assessments. More tips can be found here: Revision Skills

The timetable of all set exams and external assessments should now be showing on your eILP. Please take a moment to check where and when these are.

GCSE Mathematics and English Exams:

Those of you sitting GCSE exams will receive a separate communication about this after Easter. Please read through this carefully and ask your tutor or lecturer if you have any questions.

The Careers Hub, Apprenticeships and Higher Education at Exeter College:

For those of you in your final year and considering your next steps, don't forget to explore our Apprenticeship and Higher Education options, or book an appointment with our Careers Hub for personalised guidance and support.
