Dear Parent/Guardian,
The first student progress report of the academic year will be available for you to access via the Parent Portal this Friday 25 October.
We are contacting you further to a recent email reminding parents/guardians to register for the Parent Portal. Please make sure you register, before progress reports go live this Friday.

LOST YOUR LETTER? LIVE AT ANOTHER ADDRESS TO YOUR YOUNG PERSON? | If you have lost your letter, or you don't live at the address listed as your young person's main abode, we can manually register you. For us to do this, you will need to:
First ensure your young person has registered you as a ‘Next of Kin’ on their eILP. To register for an account you will need to use the same email address and mobile number listed on their eILP.
Once you have entered your registration details you will receive an automated email asking you to verify your email address by clicking on a hyper link.
This completes the set-up of your account. You will now need to add your young person to your account.
To add your young person to your account you will be asked to input your young persons date of birth, student reference number (this can be found on their student ID card and will start in 9900), and the Parent Portal reference number if you have it.
If you have provided the Parent Portal number your young person will be automatically added. If not, your young person will be manually added within 5 working days.
Please allow 5 working days for us to process your access request. After this you will be able to navigate here to your parent portal account. |
VIRTUAL PARENT AND GUARDIAN EVENINGS |
|
|
In addition to the Parent Portal resource you also have the chance to meet your young person’s tutor at stages through the academic year. This term, further to the Meet the Tutor event in September, there are two virtual events for parents/guardians of second-year students running on 7th and 12th November 2024. For first-years, these will run on 26th March and 3rd April 2025.
We will contact you ahead of these events with details about how to book your online appointment with your young person’s tutor and subject lecturers. You can also get in touch with your young person’s tutor at any point in the year by using the contact details found on the Parent Portal.
With best wishes for the half term break.
Yours sincerely,
Jade Otty Deputy Chief Executive Officer |
