Domestic abuse and how we can help | Did you know that Selwood Housing has a duty of care as a landlord to support any customers suffering domestic abuse while living in one of our properties? We will work with other professionals and specialist agencies to get you the help you need.
Domestic abuse does not include only physical violence but can include controlling, coercive and threatening behaviour. It can affect anyone living together in a close relationship - men and women, adults and children.
Several customers recently provided valuable feedback and recommendations for our policy and procedure. Find out more about the review here.
If you, or someone you care about is the victim of domestic abuse, please call us on 01225 715 715 and ask to speak to a neighbourhood manager. All reports of domestic abuse will be acknowledged within 24 hours.

Thank you lunch |
On Thursday 6 June, we celebrated those customers who volunteered their time with us over the past 12 months by hosting a special lunch during Volunteers’ Week. These customers have had a big impact in helping us shape and improve our services by giving up their time to share their views, thoughts and opinions with us.
If you are interested in having your say and helping us improve our services, visit our involvement opportunities webpage below. |
