Building and fire safety for communal areas

If you live in a block with internal communal areas, we sent you a letter about building and fire safety responsibilities earlier this year. We also have more web information about communal fire and building safety, including fire safety advice for both tenants and leaseholders.

New ways to pay |
In June, we switched to PayPoint for more reliable payments. You can now call 0300 5000 926 with your same PIN to pay by phone and use your new payment card at over 28,000 PayPoint locations instead of the Post Office. |

Set up a My.Sovereign.org.uk account to pay rent, check your balance, view your rent/service charge statements, book repairs, check appointments, and find other useful information any time. |
