53 weeks of rent

This financial year, there's an extra week of rent to pay for those on weekly tenancy agreements or licences. See how it could affect you.

Engagement survey results

We received 5,291 replies to our customer engagement survey. We're using this feedback for our new model and will share more in June.

Gardening competition

Showcase and celebrate your garden (indoor and outdoor) in our Living Together #InBloom garden competition. Apply 28 May - 31 July.

Help with concerns

We have lots of information and advice available if you're worried about mental health, scammers, ASB, tenancy fraud or hoarding.

We don't cover contents

We strongly recommend you take out contents insurance as our buildings insurance wouldn’t cover loss or replacement of belongings.

Do you use a payment card?

Soon we’ll be switching to a new payment provider, PayPoint. If you pay SNG with cash, cheque, debit or credit card at a retailer, you'll receive a new payment card by post. Please use this at any PayPoint location (payments will no longer be possible at Post Offices) from 24 June.
