Dartmoor Centres


Did you know that Devon County Council has two fantastic outdoor education centres on Dartmoor National Park?


We are experts in adventurous, residential trips for schools and young people's groups. We also provide outdoor leadership courses, team development training and first aid for adult groups. Our experienced team can help you with anything to do with adventurous outdoor education and safety in the outdoors.

Accelerated Reader information day


Do you already use Accelerated Reader or are you considering it?


There will be an information day on 19 March 2024 at the centre here at Willand, in partnership with Margaret Allen from Renaissance Learning. For current users there will be an opportunity to ask questions or raise concerns and for non users a chance to find out more.

        Y6 Writing standardisation and moderation sessions (1 online session and 2 face to face sessions)

        Whilst all of the online standardisation sessions have already taken place, it is still possible for you to book onto the 2 remaining face to face peer standardisation/moderation sessions in March and May 2024.
