CIU National Raffle launches

The CIU National Raffle is launching, giving Union members the opportunity to win significant cash prizes each month, with tickets available to buy online via computers or via smartphones. 

For the inaugural raffle, tickets go on sale at £2 each from Monday, 4 September with the winning tickets drawn and confirmed in October.

Greyhounds Racenight - join in!

Dransfields CIU greyhound racenight invites clubs to sponsor a dog for £40 or a leg at just £10! Sponsorships are spread across 6 races with winning traps going forward to a 7th final race. Clubs sponsoring the winning trap receive a share of the prize money.

2024 calendars now available

The CIU calendar for 2024 is now available to order. The minimum order per club is ten calendars priced at £3.00 (inc VAT) which is excellent value for money. Please complete and return the form on the CIU website to Head Office no later than 20 October, 2023 to allow us to dispatch your order before the New Year. 

ACM Qualification - Update

If you have a minimum of 10 participants

from your Club or a combination from

Clubs in your surrounding area, the ACM

course will come to you!The three self-contained units will be delivered by Union lecturers over three Saturdays of your choice

at your Club.

The Dransfields CIU Charity Raceday is being staged at Wetherby Racecourse on Saturday, November 18 with over 1,000 club men and women making the annual pilgrimage to the venue for a feast of jump racing and fine Yorkshire hospitality.

The 2023 Club Awards take place on November 22nd for the second year running at Leicester's stunning art deco venue, Athena.
