We are really excited to announce a new feature that has recently been added to NewZapp thanks to feedback from our users.
For those in a multi-user account it can be difficult to know if someone is already editing an email. NewZapp Live Activity informs and prevents users from accessing an email that is actively being edited by another user, eliminating the chances of overwrites and a sad colleague.
Live Activity is phase one of our NewZapp Collaboration Plan.
Our end goal is to bring Collaborative Editing into NewZapp, enabling multiple users to make changes to an email at the same time, and have those changes be visible to everyone live. |

As shown in the image above, a new "Activity" column has been added to the create and send dashboard where you can see who is currently active within an email.
Along with this Activity column, you will no longer be able to access emails that are already active, this will eliminate any chances of overwriting your colleagues work. |  | The activity column shows you who is editing the email you want to access, giving you the opportunity to ask them to hurry up or move on! (Politely of course 😊) |
