Hammers go for glory in Prague

West Ham travel to Prague for the UEFA European Conference Final with just one objective on their minds – to bring back their first European trophy for 58 years, having lifted the Cup Winners Cup against 1860 Munich way back in 1965.

Standing in the way of the Hammers are Italian side Fiorentina who finished the Serie A season in eighth place but have beaten the likes of Braga and Lech Poznan to reach this final.

The action gets underway at 8pm on Wednesday evening, June 7, and you can guarantee that the many thousands of Hammers fans who have headed to the Czech Republic will be in full voice at the Eden Arena to try and push their team over the line.
