Customise your contacts dashboard

This week we will be covering the contacts dashboard. More specifically about the customisation options for the table.

Contacts Dashboard View

NewZapp 9.0 has completely overhauled the contacts manager, with this update you can now fully customise your dashboard view. Allowing you to change the density of rows, choose which columns appear, and save these changes as 'views' which can be quickly selected by clicking on 'saved views'.

Density

Density will change the thickness of the rows within the table giving you the option to see more or less on the screen as well as making it easier to differentiate rows.

While in the contacts dashboard, you will find 'Density' at the top of the table.

Columns

Next to Density, you will find Columns, here you can choose which columns show within your dashboard. Uncheck the columns you wish to hide and you will be presented with a more concise table.

Saving current view

Saving the current view allows you to save the filters and columns you currently have selected.

If you have filters you regularly use ensure you save them to Current view so you can quickly access them in the future.
