Sam's Suggestion

While NewZapp allows you to upload contacts in a variety of files, .xls, .xlsx, .csv...

CSV files are much better than the rest, with faster and more accurate uploads. As they are in a raw data format it is much easier for NewZapp to interpret the data.

Other formats, like excel, may contain hidden links, images and multiple pages which make it more difficult to read.

So next time you are uploading contacts into your account, try using a CSV file type!
